We arrived late in the evening, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. Our big room on the ground floor, adjacent to a lovely river, was spacious enough for our needs, making it comfortable for my kids. One of the highlights was the outdoor pool. The water was warm and perfectly clean, which made for enjoyable afternoons spent splashing about. My children particularly loved the children's playroom; it was a cozy space where they could unwind and play while we relaxed nearby. The restaurant offered a charming terrace filled with flowers, which made our meals pleasant. The staff was attentive and even assisted us in changing our room without any fuss, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. Family Hotel Edia-Sandanski is a great choice for families looking for a friendly and comfortable getaway, and we're already planning to return next year!
